Information on protection of privacy following art. 13 D. Lgs. 196/2003

- obtain information about the origin of data, of the finality and modality of treatment, of the applied logic in case of treatment with the assistance of electronic instruments, of the identification extremes of the owner and of the responsible, of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom data could be communicated or that can become acquainted.
- obtain the update, rectification and , when there is interest, the integration of data, the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of data treated in violation of law; the certificate that such operations have become acquainted to those who received the data (when this is not impossible or disproportionate compared to the protected right);
- Oppose through and through or partially, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of your personal data even if they are relevant to the aim of the collection, or when they are treated with the purpose of sending of advertising material or direct selling or market researches or commercial communication.
